I got in contact with the director of Imagine No Religion 3, an Athiest conference in Kamloops, British Columbia. He requested that I design a print to give as gifts to this years conference speakers. That is so freaking awesome. I designed an original print with the conference logo added post production. I also threw together several more scans of my older prints with the conference logo to provide a bit of selection. The director decided to order 4 of all the print options, so the speakers would be able to choose which they wanted. I'm pretty stoked on this commission, my trees and peacock feather are going to have a lot of eyes on them

New stuff

I've been putting in dozens of hours the past few weeks working with ink. But I completely stopped posting photos online. The attention rush that comes with a big photo dump is pretty damn awesome :D Print orders have started coming in, and I've got more than enough tattoo design requests to last me a month. It's nice to actually have something to focus on rather than "practicing".

Illustrator

0 min read
I have a limited technical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. But looking at the program as a digital canvas with an unlimited paint & brush set, I've used it enough times to have a grasp on the tools at my disposal. I've heard many times that for digitally painting my own drawings, Adobe Illustrator would be the proper choice, as I could use vector imaging and save myself hours of redrawing ( #self-taught problems ). So I went and got Illustrator, and now see It's completely different from photoshop, yet just similar enough to confuse the living shit out of me. Like when familiar icons do different actions, and tools usually buried in the Photos
